SHIPPING

At this time I only ship to the UK Mainland; using Royal Mail. 
Due to recent changes in Royal Mail's delivery service of second class post; all items will be sent first class to avoid delays.  Royal Mail aims to deliver first class the next working day, including Saturdays; but this is not guaranteed.
Standard P&P is £5.99, free if your order is over £75.

 

CANCELLATION

For stock items you can cancel your order any time up to point of shipping, and receive a full refund.

Once shipped, orders can not be cancelled.

If you have ordered a bespoke item, please contact me to discuss - if I can sell the bespoke item I will happily cancel the order but if it has already been made/shipped, bespoke items can not be cancelled.

 

RETURNS

Items that are found to be faulty must be returned for a full refund.  The refund will be issued upon receipt of the items.

No returns / refunds if your item was bespoke (unless faulty).
